Our lumber undergoes professional cutting and harvesting, with each board carefully shaped to achieve optimal appearance and yield. Each piece is meticulously squared on all four sides, and are expertly matched and glued for the best possible glue joints.

Subsequently, every board is precision-cut and shaped to meet specified dimensions. Following a thorough machine sanding to achieve smoothness, all edges are routed for a polished finish. Our commitment extends to hand-sanding each board before applying our exclusive all-natural, food-safe Cutting Board Conditioner. To ensure safe delivery, each cutting board is carefully wrapped and placed in our custom-logo box, accompanied by care instructions.
